The firm has mediators certified by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as mediator for all Circuit Court civil mediations, County Court civil mediations and Family Law mediations. The firm also has Arbitrators qualified in accordance with the standards set by the Florida Supreme Court for arbitrations, including court annexed arbitrations. The Arbitrators also are specifically trained for Underinsured/Uninsured Motorist Coverage Arbitrations.

The firm has a conference room which can accommodate up to 8 participants. Additional rooms are available for each individual caucus. The firm has word processing services, facsimile, on-line legal research, and internet access capability available to participants in mediations or arbitrations.

Our mediation and arbitration rates are $250 per hour with very detailed billing available. Deposits may be required.

The firm has off-street parking and is close to the Courthouse.

Unlike many other services, there are no minimum number of hours for which the parties must pay for local mediations or arbitrations.

Unlike many other services, the hourly rate stays the same no matter how many parties are splitting the fees.
